🍝 TUSCAN COOKING CLASS Available daily at 11:30 AM or 5:00 PM Minimum 2 participants required 240€ for 2 people, 120€ each additional Gather with friends and family who share a love for Italian cuisine and dive into the rich flavors of Tuscan gastronomy! Join us for an authentic hands-on cooking class in the rustic kitchen of Tenuta di Montechiaro, where you’ll learn to create a delicious Tuscan meal to recreate at home. Led by our chefs and sommeliers, you’ll be guided through a traditional menu using seasonal and organic ingredients from our estate. 🧑‍🍳 What You’ll Prepare: 🍞 Tuscan welcome appetizer & extra virgin olive oil tasting 🌿 Fresh basil pesto with garlic and pecorino 🍝 Handmade pasta (ravioli & tagliatelle) 🍮 A traditional dessert (Tiramisù or Panna Cotta) Throughout the class, you’ll discover the simple secrets that make Tuscan cuisine so special—highlighting the importance of seasonality, simplicity, and flavor.
