Service Description

TRUFFLE HUNT AND ORGANIC WINE TASTING (Min 2 persons) Join our truffle hunters and their trained dogs, and learn how to pair our wines with truffles from our sommeliers. Schedule: Meet and introduction to the hunt in front of Villa di Monte Chiaro (door no. 3). 10-minute drive to the forest, beginning the hunt with a truffle hunter and their dog, including an explanation of training and the collection of unearthed truffles. Return to the winery for a wine tasting with pairings led by a professional sommelier who will explain how to pair truffles with our organic wines. IMPORTANT - Due to high temperatures from June to September, the hunt must take place at 8:00 AM or 6:00 PM. The hunting days are decided by the guide to ensure the dogs' health. A personal car is required to reach the forest. The tasting can be done before the hunt or afterward at 11:00 AM or 4:00 PM. The truffles found are legally the property of the licensed guide but can be purchased at favorable prices after the hunt. Programma: Incontro e introduzione alla caccia davanti alla Villa di Monte Chiaro (portone n.3); 10 min in auto per raggiungere la foresta inizio caccia nel bosco con tartufaio e il suo cane, con spiegazione dell’addestramento e raccolta dei tartufi scavati; Ritorno alla cantina e degustazione di vini con abbinamenti condotto da un Sommelier professionale che spiegherà come abbinare i tartufi ai nostri vini biologici IMPORTANTE - A causa delle alte temperature da giugno a settembre, la caccia deve svolgersi alle 8:00 o alle 18:00. I giorni della caccia sono decisi dalla guida per garantire la perfetta salute dei cani. È necessaria un'auto propria per raggiungere la foresta. La degustazione potrà essere eseguita prima della caccia o dopo alle ore 11 o alle ore 16. I tartufi trovati sono legalmente proprietà della guida autorizzata ma possono essere acquistati a prezzi favorevoli dopo la caccia.
